What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
When you reach your monthly verification limit, ANIMA enters "fail-open" mode — all verifications return a passing result and your site continues working normally. We'll email you at 80% and 100% of your limit so you can upgrade before hitting the cap. We never block your users without warning.
Can I really cancel any time?
Yes, absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Cancel from your dashboard in 30 seconds. Your plan immediately reverts to Free — your API keys keep working within the free tier limits.
How is ANIMA different from Leading CDN Solution (which is free)?
Many free verification tools rely purely on behavioral analysis that sophisticated AI bots can now mimic. ANIMA adds 7 biological signals — including hand tremor, cognitive latency, and rhythm entropy — that are physically impossible for software to replicate. For personal projects a free behavioral tool may be sufficient. For financial, healthcare, government, or high-security applications, ANIMA's biometric fusion provides a fundamentally stronger guarantee.
Why is ANIMA so much cheaper than Enterprise Solution A or Enterprise Solution B?
Enterprise bot protection platforms typically charge $10,000–$50,000/month because they bundle many features together, require long sales cycles, and target large enterprises exclusively. ANIMA is purpose-built for human verification, self-serve, and cloud-native — which keeps our costs dramatically lower. We pass those savings directly to you.
Does ANIMA work with React, WordPress, Next.js?
Yes — all three. We publish @animaverify/react on npm for React and Next.js. We have a native WordPress plugin. And our vanilla JS SDK works on any website with one script tag. See the documentation for integration guides in Node.js, Python, PHP, and more.
Is ANIMA GDPR compliant? Do I need a consent banner?
ANIMA is GDPR compliant by design. We never store personally identifiable information — all biometric signal processing is ephemeral. Because ANIMA doesn't use cookies, cross-site tracking, or persistent identifiers, you do NOT need to add ANIMA to your cookie consent banner. See our Privacy Whitepaper for the full legal analysis.
What's included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes everything in Business plus: on-premise or air-gapped deployment (your servers, your network), white-label SDK (your brand), SOC 2 Type II documentation, FedRAMP authorization pathway support, BAA for HIPAA compliance, and a dedicated customer success engineer. How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at a 25% discount. For example, Pro goes from $99/month to $74/month billed as $888/year. You save $300 per year on the Pro plan. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard.
