ANIMA provides a human verification API and widget that replaces traditional CAPTCHA. We collect biometric signals (drawing tremor, tap rhythm, word association latency) entirely in-browser, process them into a cryptographic confidence score, and return a signed token. We never store raw biometric data.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use ANIMA. If you are using ANIMA on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Your Secret Key is shown only once — if lost, you must rotate it. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@animaid.to if you believe your account has been compromised.

ANIMA offers a Free tier and paid plans (Starter $29/mo, Professional $99/mo, Business $299/mo, Enterprise $999/mo). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Lemon Squeezy. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Plan limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused verifications do not roll over. Exceeding your monthly limit will disable verification until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge for any paid plan, no questions asked. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email billing@animaid.to with your order ID.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@animaid.to. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
Upon successful payment, your plan upgrades instantly and automatically. Your API keys are updated to reflect your new limits and signal count. If your plan does not activate within 10 minutes of payment, email billing@animaid.to with your order confirmation and we will resolve it within 1 hour.
ANIMA, Soul Print Fusion™, and all associated technology are owned by SEENINTL Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API for legitimate purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our SDK beyond normal integration use.
ANIMA does not collect personally identifiable information from end users being verified. Our biometric processing is ephemeral — signals are processed in-memory and immediately discarded. No raw biometric data is stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
As a developer using our API, you are a data controller for any personal data you collect through your integration. You are responsible for your own privacy policy and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Planned maintenance is announced at animaid.to/status. SLA credits for downtime are available on Pro plans and above — email support@animaid.to within 30 days of an incident.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIMA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Killeen, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
