These Terms govern access to and use of VERIDU services, including VERIDU Verify, VERIDU Identity, APIs, dashboards, and related support services.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the services, bypass security controls, violate law, or infringe third-party rights. VERIDU may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or security threats.

3. Billing and Payments

Usage pricing is published on our pricing page. Billing is month-to-month and processed via our payment providers. Enterprise terms may be governed by executed order forms.

4. Privacy and Data Processing

Use of the services is subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Data Processing Addendum.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, VERIDU disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to venue in Texas courts unless otherwise required by law.
